Description
What is it?
It is an oxidizing emulsion with oxygenated water at a concentration of 20 volumes (6%).
What is it for?
Develops Color When Mixed With Hair Coloring Cream In Permanent Colorations.
It is also used to mix with bleaching powder in hair discolorations.
How does it apply?
Mix well in a plastic bowl with the coloring cream or with the bleaching powder until forming a homogeneous cream and apply.
Warnings: Contains Hydrogen Peroxide. Use The Appropriate Gloves.
Avoid All Contact With the Eyes.
Immediately rinse the eyes if the product comes in contact with these.
