Description
Its ultralight formula, with seaweed extracts, provides a glamorous look of defined waves that will allow you to be the center of all eyes.
How does it apply:
1. Start with Perfect Shampoo and Conditioner (Im)
2. Divide the hair into three sections.
Apply evenly between two and five doses of mousse per section (two for fine or short hair).
3. Dry with a dryer. If you have wavy hair, mold it with your fingers or use a diffuser.
If you have straight hair, follow steps 4 and 5.
4. Wrap each section in a curling iron.
Hold it vertically and move it out of your face to get a spiral effect.
5. Brush the hair or use your fingers to undo the waves.
